Conversation 155: Transitioning from Vegetarian, A Registered Dietitian Perspective with Carrie Moody, RDN
With a new documentary out and the many discussions I have had with clients and other registered dietitians about following a plant based diet, I wanted to talk a little bit more about someone who has navigated this type of lifestyle. There is so much nutrition noise when it comes to food, especially when it comes to food from animals. In today’s conversation, I talk with Carrie Moody, a registered dietitian who was a vegetarian for a long time and we discuss why she became a vegetarian, how she navigated this eating lifestyle and why she circled back to eating animal based foods. All the things she has lived and learned along the way has lead her in developing her Metabolism Reset Program. A program designed to decrease the nutrition noise, focus on your health and eating real food, from all the food groups.
